人体生理存在着神奇的昼夜节律周期,如血压、心率、激素水平、运动能力的日常变化,这就是生物钟。在科学界积累了足够的脑神经影响人体生物钟的结论之后,美国科学家杰弗里·霍尔、迈克尔·罗斯巴什和迈克尔·扬发现了生物钟分子机制与基因表达的反馈回路。当然人类探索的脚步并未就此停下:在生命过程中,睡眠的昼夜节律紊乱与诸多疾病的病理生理学过程密切相关。通过临床研究的相关性,科学家们已经在动物模型探究昼夜节律紊乱和多种常见疾病之间的因果关系,并开始寻找介导疾病的分子机制,这对临床治疗和药物研发都有着重大价值。

项目介绍
生物钟是生物体内周而复始的节律,如人们熟知的:动物的昼行夜伏、植物的春华秋实。昼夜节律几乎存在于所有具有细胞结构的生物中。生物体系统通过同步化调节身体不同部位的生物钟,使机体适应环境的变化。本课题从睡眠这一角度切入,介绍了人类生命周期中的昼夜节律的变化,并论述了不同生命阶段的昼夜节律紊乱与常见的疾病的相关性,并探讨通过把握生物节律的基本原理,提出对相关疾病进行治疗和干预的可行性和相应药物的研发思路。学生将在项目结束时,提交项目研究报告,进行成果展示。
个性化研究课题参考:昼夜节律产生的分子机制、多巴胺的昼夜节律调节、昼夜节律系统在药物代谢和解毒中的作用、癌症治疗中的生物钟分子机制。
The circadian clock is the periodic rhythm in the body of an organism, known as the day of an animal and the night of a plant. Circadian rhythms are found in almost all organisms with cellular structures. The biological system synchronizes and regulates the biological clock in different parts of the body to make the body adapt to changes in the environment. This topic from the Angle of sleep, this paper introduces the changes of circadian rhythm of the human life cycle and discusses the different life stages of circadian rhythm disorders and the correlation of common diseases, and to explore by grasping the basic principle of biological rhythm, put forward the feasibility of the treatment of related diseases and intervention and the corresponding train of thought for studying the drug.At the end of the project, students will submit a project research report and present their results.
